Do we cater?

We get so many questions these days if we cater. :(   YES! We cater! :)

We are the one who caters all these cool and fun weddings in town! We do very formal caterings where we use our trucks as a mobile kitchen. It makes such a difference in food quality when you cook on site opposed to having food cooked elsewhere and brought in.

We cater our Texas A&M Football Team to cater small business functions.

I guess we need to advertise but then again, we are pretty well booked up. It doesn’t hurt to provide quality over quantity and having same people keep asking us to cater their next event. I am thankful for my awesome staffs.

First Posting of the year….

Just can’t believe how fast the time flies by these days.  It is almost the end of first quarter and I am posting my first message. It has been busy since we last posted here.  Holiday Catering, Catering for our awesome Football Team, and several wedding caterings all happened in that short time.  Anyway, awesome spring weather has arrived in Texas and it is just perfect time to enjoy your lunch at our food truck whether you find us in Texas A&M University campuses or around Bryan/College Station.  Be sure to check our Facebook and Twitter to get the up to the minute report on whereabouts of our truck! :)

It is already August

It has been a while since I posted here. :)   We have been busy getting our 2nd food truck!  Yeah!  We now have Two Food Trucks! That means more places and people to serve and more capability when it comes to caterings!  We have already done 15 wedding catering this year and have 6 more to do this year still!  Call us if you want us to handle your special events! :)

GRADUATION TIME

Time for Graduation in the Aggieland.  And town’s favorite food truck is busier than ever with small parties here and there.  Surely going to miss some of the most loyal friends and guests as they leave town to embark on next journey.  Wish you all the best and hope to see you during the SEC Games! :)

America’s Favorite Food Truck is Local Favorite as well!

So, America’s Favorite Food Truck is Local’s Favorite Food Truck according to recent poll from Maroon Weekly in Bryan/College Station.  That is so cool and humbling at the same time because we do have several cool Food Trucks in town ran by pretty awesome people.  Thank you for making us your local favorite as well! :)

SPRING BREAK IS HERE.

Spring Break has arrived in our to.  Things will slow down a bit but we are still soldiering on!

We will be at various spots where we haven’t serviced in a while. :)

Have a wonderful Spring Break!

March is just around the corner

I can’t believe the time is flying by!  We are experiencing much warmer than normal weather and it is helping our business except when it rains. :)

Recently had a meeting with our staff on new design for our Truck and Shirts.  They will look great and hope this gives us a chance to re-brand ourselves as the Mobile Bistro that specialize on Pan Asian & Pan American Cuisine. :)   We will keep you in the loop as we see progression on the works.

Korean Style BBQ : Chef Tai’s Mobile Bistro Style

Korean Style BBQ : Chef Tai’s Mobile Bistro Style

4 Pounds Beef Short Rib ¼ inch thickness

6 cups water 2 cups soy sauce

1 cup sugar

½ cup pineapple juice

3 tsp garlic, chopped

1 tso black pepper

¼ cup rice wine if you would like

¼ cup sesame seed oil

2 Onion

1 Oragne

10 Green Onion

Rinse the Beef in Cold Water and let it sit in the cold water for about 1 hour inside the cooler to remove some blood or the fluid within the meat and of course bone particle if it has bones. Combine the rest of ingredients for the sauce. Drain the beef from the water and combine with the sauce. Let it marinade for at least one day. It can be stored in the cooler for up to 3 days. Cook the steak to Medium temperature and serve with Rice, but flat bread and tortilla works well, too.

Merry Christmas!

Merry Christmas to all of our friends out there!  We have a lot to be thankful for this year and it was all made possible with your help!  Thank you so much!!!
