Chef Tai’s Mobile Bistro (since 2010) is the first officially sanctioned Food Truck in College Station, the first Food Truck to be allowed inside the Texas A&M University, and voted as the #1 America’s Favorite Food Truck by Food Network in 2011. A fun and inexpensive alternative to an upscale dining experience for his fellow Aggies and Locals, Chef Tai has developed a menu that delivers gourmet food at street level prices.
